It seems that these P-51 and P-47 were just taken out of storage before they would be repaired and prepared. Note the US markings on the P-47 and the single T-6 (as corrected by Ethan).
Behind these de-painted P-47 were B-25 and C-54.
Re-painted rudders were being fitted to the P-51.
The national insignia is clearly visible.
The T-6 is a BT-13

T-6 and BT-13 are different. T-6 has retractable landing gear while Bt-13 has fixed one.
