yes, the 22XX are the planes belongs to 22nd sq. 23XX for 23rd sq. each squadron may have 25 P-51s, maybe more. The planes may not be numbered from 01 to 25 and up. So there is a plane numbered “2330”.
It might be the 22nd sq XO’s plane which numbered “2202” in the 2nd photo. But in late 1940’s, the personal plane for the CO of 21st sq is not “2101”, but the“2192”. So the “2202” may be just an ordinary plane.
Yes, the C-54 was Chiang’s VIP aircraft “001” 中美號. It had its own hangar at Chiayi AFB.

從那(進氣口)和起落架來看,那應該是架C-47。而那架DC-4(C-54)直尾翅有飾帶,會不會是中美號??
那架不會是蚊式機,當時一大隊使用蚊式機,駐防台中, P-51應該是四大隊的, 三大隊和十一大隊當時是駐防屏東, C-54 是專機組的, 當時是屬十大隊的, 後來才分為專機中隊
