Taiwan Government Sucks Up To Communist China

Today, traffic on the busiest highway of democratic Taiwan was halted for several minutes and thousands of motorists were forced to wait until the motorcade carrying a low-ranking Communist official, whose name I don’t even bother to mention, passed. This time Regional Administrator Ma has definitely gone too far! Youtube video is here.

Here is the video showing Taiwan policement taking down Taiwan’s national flags while permitting others to carry PRC’s national flag. Is this place a police state? Actually it is Taipei City.

Will my site be forced to rename as ChinaAirPower.org soon?

  1. Well. Don’t worry about the name of the site. You will be rounded up and put into some new re-education camp before the site is down.

    Good time! Taiwan be sold out to Communist China and US turn itself into a Socialist state. Ya!

    Wonder what the new Dear Leader in US will say in the congratulation to China’s reclaiming of Taiwan. He’s such a great speaker, you know. Just like Leader Ma.

  2. What else can you expect from “Mister” Ma and his KMT comrades. They are not Taiwanese people but all their families come from mainland china.

    And it looks like the Taiwanese police is working for the chinese government already. But they forget that it is the Taiwanese people that pay their salaries.

    On the other hand, do you qualify for CIA’s yearly 100-200 green card slots? Are you willing to join CIA and become their agent/informant, and if necessary, they can lift you and your family to safety in US, and give you a Burger King or Wendy’s to run in Montana or somewhere remote?

    Or, if you know any US senators, you can ask them to sponsor you to US in full Senate vote…..

  6. No problem. With his knowledge of the former Republic of China (Taiwan) Air Force (future people’s republic of china air force Taiwan region) he qualifues easily for a CIA green card.

  7. Frankly. I can’t bring myself to blame the policemen and women in the event. It’s their job to obey the order from the higher up. Just like the military. When people in either of these forces start doing what they think is right on their own, the nation is doomed.

    The problem is the higher ups. In this case, the top.

  8. I would not compare the police with the military because their job is completely different (at least in Europe). But you are right that the normal policemen and women have to follow their orders. The problem is the top who are either afraid for their jobs if they don’t do what the politicians tell them or follow “mister” Ma blindly. And this is a very frightening thing in a democracy because the police should be able to do their job independent of the politicians.

  9. What I saw these days worries me. Though I am not very old (trust me!), I was in my early twenties when the martial law was lifted. Seeing what the police have done to their fellow citizens in the past few days, I am afraid that the “old days”, when the police followed orders from politicians, will come back again.
    But now that we have YouTube, blogs, and BBS, Generations X and Y are able to see what is happening now and anticipate what it will become if China takes over Taiwan. So maybe the pro-independence movement will grow stronger because the visit of this Mr. C. (C for Communist).

  10. Time to setup safe houses, multiple fake IDs, drop points, fake passports and bundle of cash on hand, with safe passage map out and ready, with fishing boats ready for pick up duty at moment’s notice? The good old days…..
