Just learned that the Aviation Command of the Republic of China Navy was reorganized last year. As of July 1, 2006, the original 1st and 2nd Aviation Groups were disbanded, while the 133rd, 134th, 701st, and 702nd Squadrons were upgraded to the Operations Groups （作戰隊）. In addition, the 501st Squadron was disbanded and its 500MD ASW were re-assigned to the 701st and 702nd Operations Groups.
