The above summary table provides the number of sorties and losses involved (in the blue box).<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u7e3d\u7763\u5e9c\u7de8\u5217\u7684\u56db\u6708\u4efd\u7a7a\u8972\u72c0\u6cc1\u96c6\u8a08\u5217\u820912\u548c13\u65e5\u5169\u5929\u4f86\u8972\u7684\u76df\u8ecd\u98db\u6a5f\u67b6\u6b21\u5982\u4e0b\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u8ecd\u7684\u8266\u8f09\u6a5f\u5f9e\u4e00\u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u4e0d\u518d\u653b\u64ca\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8868\u4e2d\u7684F4U\u986f\u7136\u6307\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u51b0\u5c71\u70cf\u9f8d\u884c\u52d5\u88e1\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u8266\u8f09\u6a5f\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u628a\u53c3\u8207\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u5fa9\u4ec7\u8005\u578b\u8f5f\u70b8\u6a5f\u548c\u6d77\u76dc\u578b\u6230\u9b25\u6a5f\u90fd\u8996\u70baF4U\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8aaa\u4e0d\u5b9a\u65e5\u65b9\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u9019\u5169\u5929\u653b\u64ca\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u662f\u82f1\u570b\u98db\u6a5f\u3002\u65e5\u65b9\u8a18\u9304\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u670986\u67b6\u98db\u6a5f\uff0c\u8207\u82f1\u8ecd\u8a18\u8f09\u768487\u67b6\u76f8\u53bb\u4e0d\u9060\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5929\u768430\u67b6\u5c31\u8ddf\u82f1\u8ecd\u5beb\u768469\u67b6\u5dee\u5f88\u591a\u3002<br \/>The types and numbers of allied aircraft that raided Formosa on April 12 and 13 recorded by the Japanese Formosa Governor&#8217;s Office is shown in the table below.  Obviously all the British aircraft, consisting of Avenger bombers and Corsair fighters, were (mis-)identified as F4U Corsairs.  The Japanese record shows that there were 86 aircraft taking part in the attack on the first day, which is very close to the number given by the British. Those related to Operation Iceberg Oolong included: Kiirun, Tamsui, and Shinchiku Naval Aviation Base on April 12; Taihoku Airdrome, Kiirun, and Shinchiku Naval Aviation base on April 13.  The major discrepancy between the Japanese and British documents is that the Japanese record did not say anything about Giran Airdrome, which, according to the British records, was bombed on the 13th.
