If you cannot see anything special at this place, Tairyo (currently Daliao, Kaohsiung), <del datetime=\"2012-12-31T00:57:13+00:00\">you may want to consider getting a new pair of glasses<\/del> that&#8217;s because there was indeed nothing special at the time when the photo was taken.<\/P><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u76841945\u5e741\u670831\u65e5\u7a7a\u7167\u5716\u4e0a\uff0c\u7bad\u982d\u6240\u6307\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5f88\u660e\u986f\u7684\u88ab\u958b\u58be\u51fa\u4e00\u7247\u9577\u689d\u5f62\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u65e5\u8ecd\u6377\u4e00\u865f\u4f5c\u6230\u8a08\u756b\u4e0b\u4ee4\u8208\u5efa\u7684\u5341\u9918\u5ea7\u300c\u79d8\u5bc6\u98db\u884c\u5834\u300d\u4e2d\u7684\u5c0f\u6e2f\uff08\u6771\uff09\u98db\u884c\u5834\uff08\u53c3\u898b<a href=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/?p=6673\" target=_blank>\u300c\u5353\u862d\u98db\u884c\u5834\u300d<\/a>\u4e00\u6587\uff09\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u7167\u7247\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\u65e5\u8ecd\u64f4\u5efa\u4e86\u5de6\u4e0b\u89d2\u5c0f\u6e2f\u98db\u884c\u5834\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u589e\u5efa\u4e86\u597d\u5e7e\u689d\u901a\u5230\u5c71\u8173\u4e0b\u7684\u98db\u6a5f\u758f\u6563\u9053\u3002<br \/>When American reconnaissance aircraft photoed the same area again on January 31, 1945, an airstrip had taken shape (see the photo below). This airstrip, called Shoko East Airdrome because it was to the east of Shoko, was one of the &#8220;secret airfields&#8221; constructed in November 1944, as called for by the war plan &#8220;Operation Victory One&#8221; (see the post <a href=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/?p=6673\" target=_blank>&#8220;Takuran Airdrome&#8221;<\/a>).  Also note that Shoko Airdrome on the lower left corner had been expanded.
