The area marked &#8220;Reigaryo Seaplane Station&#8221; was actually located near the current Qianzhen fishing port, where there was some distance away from Reigaryo (Lingya).  Hence I am using the generic name Takao Seaplane Base.  More research needs to be done to determine its official name adopted by the Japanese military.<\/p>\n<p><P>\u6211\u5728\u5beb<a href=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/?p=4634\" target=_blank>\u300c\u653b\u64ca\u5c0f\u6e2f\u98db\u884c\u5834\uff01\u300d<\/a>\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u66fe\u7d93\u5f15\u7528\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u8ecd\u80e1\u8702\u865f\u822a\u8266\u8266\u8f09\u6a5f\u57281944\u5e7410\u670812\u65e5\u653b\u64ca\u9ad8\u96c4\u6642\u62cd\u651d\u7684\u7167\u7247\uff0c\u9019\u6279\u7167\u7247\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e5f\u525b\u597d\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u9019\u5ea7\u6c34\u4e0a\u98db\u6a5f\u5834\uff0c\u76f8\u7576\u9069\u5408\u7528\u4f86\u4f5c\u7cbe\u78ba\u5b9a\u4f4d\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9019\u5f35\u7167\u7247\u651d\u65bc1944\u5e7410\u670812\u65e5\u6e05\u6668\uff0c\u7d05\u8272\u5340\u584a\u5c31\u662f\u6c34\u4e0a\u98db\u6a5f\u5834\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u6211\u4e5f\u6a19\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u73fe\u4ee3\u9053\u8def\u7684\u8def\u540d\uff1a<br \/>I used the reconnaissance photos taken by aircraft from USS Wasp during the attack on Formosa on October 12, 1944, in the post <a href=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/?p=4634\" target=_blank>&#8220;Battle of Formosa: Reigaryo Airdrome&#8221;<\/a>.  This high-resolution set of photos also covered Takao Seaplane Base, making it ideal for pinpointing the location of the base.  In the following photo taken in the early morning of October 12, 1944, the base is outlined in red. In another intelligence report titled <i>Airfields and Seaplane Bases in Formosa<\/i>, this base was described as having a 420&#8217;x120&#8242; hangar, a 30&#8217;x300&#8242; apron, and two slipways.  This report also pointed out that the base appeared inactive, which may explain why it was not a target.  The following photo was taken around noon by aircraft from USS Wasp on October 12.  The station appeared intact.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/takao_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/><font size=-1>Source\uff1a<a href=\"http:\/\/webgis.sinica.edu.tw\/map_berkeley\/\" target=_blank>UC Berkeley via Academia Sinica \u7f8e\u570b\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u5206\u6821\u5178\u85cf1944~1945\u5e74\u81fa\u7063\u820a\u822a\u7167\u8cc7\u6599<\/a><\/font><\/p>\n<p>1945\u5e746\u670818\u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u7684\u98db\u6a5f\u53c8\u62cd\u4e0b\u4e86\u9ad8\u96c4\u6c34\u4e0a\u98db\u6a5f\u5834\u7684\u7167\u7247\uff08\u5982\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5c4b\u9802\u4e0a\u7684\u5169\u500b\u6d1e\u4ee5\u53ca\u505c\u6a5f\u576a\u7565\u6709\u7834\u640d\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u72c0\u6cc1\u826f\u597d\u3002<br \/>The US Army photoed the base again on June 18, 1945.
