LU, Shi-Liang stated that CHEN, Huai, detected that several Tu-16 bombers were stationed at Shuan-Cheng-Tzu Missile Test Range and Wu-Kung Airfield during his historical first U-2 mission on January 13, 1962.\u00a0 Probably referring to LU&#8217;s memoir, Professor Shi (\u7fd2\u8ce2\u5fb7) also mentioned in his\u00a0<em>Apocalypse: Reunification vs. Independence<\/em>\u00a0(\u7d71\u7368\u555f\u793a\u9304) that CHEN found several Soviet-made Tu-16 were stationed at Wu-Kung.\u00a0 In fact, it is almost certain that CHEN did not photograph Wu-Kung Airfield during his first mission, since neither <em>Immediate Photographic Interpretation Report <\/em>nor <em>Mission Coverage Index<\/em> for GRC-100 mentioned Wu-Kung.\u00a0 It is also worth noting that, although China received two Tu-16 from the Soviet Union in 1959, its production of H-6 did not start until 1969.\u00a0 So how could CHEN find &#8220;several&#8221; Tu-16 (or H-6) in 1962?<\/p>\n<p>\u76e7\u932b\u826f\u5148\u751f\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u4e4b\u7ffc\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u56de\u61b6\u9304\u300c\u9ad8\u7a7a\u9593\u8adc\u300d\u4e2d\uff0c\u63cf\u8ff0\u9673\u61f7\u57281962\u5e741\u670813\u65e5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21U-2\u5075\u5bdf\u4efb\u52d9\u4e2d\uff0c\u300c\u76ee\u8996\u767c\u73fe\u96d9\u57ce\u5b50\u98db\u5f48\u8a66\u9a57\u5834\u53ca\u6b66\u529f\u6a5f\u5834\u99d0\u6709Tu-16\u578b\u8f5f\u70b8\u6a5f\u591a\u67b6\u300d\u3002\u7fd2\u8ce2\u5fb7\u6559\u6388\u5728\u5beb\u300c\u7d71\u7368\u555f\u793a\u9304\u300d\u6642\u5927\u6982\u662f\u5f15\u7528\u4e86\u300c\u9ad8\u7a7a\u9593\u8adc\u300d\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u9673\u61f7\u300c\u767c\u73fe\u6b66\u529f\u99d0\u6709\u591a\u67b6\u4fc4\u88fdTu-16\u578b\u8f5f\u70b8\u6a5f\u300d\u3002\u5176\u5be6\u9673\u61f7\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4efb\u52d9\u975e\u5e38\u53ef\u80fd\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u62cd\u5230\u6b66\u529f\u6a5f\u5834\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u90a3\u6b21\u4efb\u52d9\u7684Immediate Photographic Interpretation Report\u548cMission Coverage Index\u4e2d\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u5230\u6b66\u529f\u6a5f\u5834\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u662f\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u57281959\u5e74\u5f9e\u8607\u806f\u63a5\u6536\u5169\u67b6Tu-16\u5f8c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6280\u8853\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u5230\u5341\u5e74\u5f8c\u624d\u958b\u59cb\u91cf\u7522\u4eff\u88fd\u7684\u8f5f\u516d\uff0c\u600e\u9ebc\u53ef\u80fd\u57281962\u5e74\u5c31\u6709\u591a\u67b6Tu-16\uff08\u6216\u8f5f\u516d\uff09\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>The U-2 pilot who first photographed the Tu-16 was in fact Gimo Yang (YANG, Shih-Chu).\u00a0 The summary in the <em>Mission Coverage Index<\/em> for GRC-102 flown on February 23 specifically pointed out this important discovery.\u00a0 (See the document below.\u00a0 The date is off by one day because of time difference.)\u00a0 The two Badgers are most likely the original two provided by the Soviet in 1959.<\/p>\n<p>\u771f\u6b63\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u767c\u73feTu-16\u7684\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u694a\u4e16\u99d2\u57282\u670823\u65e5\u57f7\u884c\u7684GRC-102\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u4efb\u52d9\u7684Mission Coverage Index\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u7279\u5225\u6307\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff08\u5982\u4e0b\u5716\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6642\u5dee\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u65e5\u671f\u5dee\u4e86\u4e00\u5929\uff09\u3002\u9019\u5169\u67b6Tu-16\u6975\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5c31\u662f\u8607\u806f\u6700\u521d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5169\u67b6\u300c\u539f\u7248\u300d\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Gimo Yang deserves the credit, although it is forty years late.<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u694a\u5148\u751f\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u53e5\u516c\u9053\u8a71\u9072\u4e86\u56db\u5341\u5e74\u3002\u8acb\u5927\u5bb6\u7d66\u4ed6\u638c\u8072\uff01<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"GRC-102 mission summary\" alt=\"GRC-102 mission summary\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/grc102_summary.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In his memoir Piercing the Bamboo Curtain from the Sky, Col.
