In fact, 10003 was completely missing its wings and its canopy was taped over.  What kind of work is being done to it?<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/0825_1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>0825 looked a little bit better, at least with its wings attached.  But its canopy frame was painted in blue.
