He is kind enough to share the photos with all of us.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_02.jpg\"><br \/>IDF II 10006<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_03.jpg\"><br \/>Although the IDF II was christened <i>Goshawk<\/i> by then-President Chen Shui-bien during the rollout ceremony, 10005 retained the original name <i>Hsiang Sheng<\/i> (Soaring Upgrade).<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_04.jpg\"><br \/>The other side of 10005.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_05.jpg\"><br \/>No name was stenciled on 10006.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_06.jpg\"><br \/>10005 was in a clean configuration.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_07.jpg\"><br \/>10006 was fitted with two underwing tanks and a non-standard pod on the centerline.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_08.jpg\"><br \/>Close-up of the centerline pod.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/taiwanairpower.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/idf_09.jpg\"><br \/>The pod in the above photo looks like the test equipment pod carried by IDF 1417, when I took the photo ten years ago.  It was used for radar testing.<\/p>\n<p>There will be more photos from Jason&#8217;s visit.
