1969\u300b\u7684\u524d\u534a\u90e8\u89e3\u5bc6\uff0c\u8ddd\u96e2\u5916\u754c\u77e5\u9053\u6709\u9019\u4efd\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff081998\u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e86\u5341\u516b\u5e74\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u5c01\u9762\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7576\u521d\u63d0\u51faFOIA\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u4eba\u65e9\u57282002\u5e74\u5c31appeal\uff0c\u4f46\u76f4\u5230\u4eca\u5e743\u6708\u624d\u901a\u904e\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u9577\u9054\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u7b49\u5f85\uff0c\u53ea\u63db\u4f86\u524d\u534a\u90e8\u7684\u89e3\u5bc6\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u5feb\u5200\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e0d\u5de7\u5c31\u5728\u5c1a\u672a\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u5f8c\u534a\u90e8\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u73fe\u5728\u53ea\u80fd\u5f9e\u6587\u4ef6\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u6240\u9644\u7684\u5e74\u8868\u5927\u4e8b\u8a18\uff08Chronology\uff09\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u8ddf\u5feb\u5200\u8a08\u756b\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f46\u5373\u4f7f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u8a18\u8f09\u53ef\u80fd\u90fd\u662f\u570b\u5167\u672a\u516c\u958b\u7684\uff08\u6216\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u7d00\u9304\uff1f\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u9019\u500b\u5e74\u8868\u904e\u53bb\u5df2\u7d93\u90e8\u5206\u89e3\u5bc6\uff0c\u6211\u5728\u5beb\u300a\u5feb\u5200\u8a08\u756b\u63ed\u5bc6\u300b\u5c31\u66fe\u5f15\u7528\uff0c\u53ea\u4e0d\u904e\u7576\u6642\u5f88\u591a\u662f\u8981\u5229\u7528\u6587\u5b57\u7684context\u4f86\u731c\u6e2c\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6211\u627e\u51fa\u5e7e\u500b\u689d\u76ee\uff0c\u8b93\u5404\u4f4d\u77e5\u9053\u9019\u6b21\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u5247\u90fd\u6703\u5148\u986f\u793a\u90e8\u5206\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u518d\u986f\u793a\u672c\u6b21\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u7248\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9019\u4e00\u5247\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7a7a\u8ecd\u6230\u7565\u7a7a\u8ecd\u53f8\u4ee4\u90e8\u57281958\u5e7412\u670812\u65e5\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u5411\u53c3\u8b00\u9577\u806f\u5e2d\u6703\u63d0\u8b70\u8b93\u570b\u5e9c\u53c3\u8207U-2\u7684\u5075\u5bdf\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7a7a\u8ecd\u7684\u8173\u6b65\u662f\u8d70\u5728\u4e2d\u60c5\u5c40\u524d\u9762\u7684\u3002\u6211\u5728\u300a\u5feb\u5200\u8a08\u756b\u63ed\u5bc6\u300b\u4e5f\u66fe\u5f15\u7528\u9019\u9805\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u6211\u6628\u5929\u624d\u767c\u73fe\u6211\u7684\u66f8\u628a\u65e5\u671f\u5beb\u6210\u4e8612\u670828\u65e5\uff0c\u771f\u662f\u4e0d\u597d\u610f\u601d\u3002\n<p
