以上是台灣省文獻委員會和國防部史政編譯局共同編印的《八二三戰役文獻專輯》的第48頁，畫紅線的部分是我關注的重點。雖然「上尉以下軍官」應該是「上尉以上軍官」之誤，但是這一條記載應該是有所本的，只是不曉得出自何處。它之所以重要，是因為這是我看過最早（1958年）有關中美U-2偵察合作協議的記載，其他關於這項合作計畫的資料日期都在1959年（含）以後。請問各位能不能幫忙再釐清？感謝！
