福興鄉日據時代飛行基地（Rokko Airdrome）
Posted on October 10th, 2010 6 comments九月下旬一時興起，約了曾經在台南和清泉崗基地服役的美國友人Gene Hirte，跑到彰化縣福興鄉尋找當年日據時代飛行基地的遺跡。由於出發在Google Earth上作足了功課，所以雖然有點走錯路，還是很快的就找到了下圖中的碉堡(A)。
Accompanied by Gene Hirte, who had stationed in Tainan and CCK air bases, I drove to Fushing Township of Changhwa County to find what remains of Rokko Airdrome, built by the Japanese when they occupied Taiwan. Since I had done my homework on Google Earth, I had little difficulty finding the pillbox (A) in the following photo.福興鄉, 飛行場, 鹿港飛行場, Rokko Airdrome, 日治時期機場
