11月1日的中國時報在「大陸新聞」版上刊登了林博文先生寫的「豬灣教訓 甘迺迪阻蔣反攻大陸」一文，其中一段寫著： 此項方案由號稱「最聰明的特工」、中情局主管計畫的副局長李察．比塞爾（Richard M. Bissell, Jr.）主持。耶魯畢業的比塞爾對中情局和美國現代情報界最大的貢獻是發明了Ｕ－２高空偵察機。 U-2是Bissell「發明」的？這麼大的報紙，這麼有名的作者，這麼大的笑話！ 另外一則是在「人生的9個學分」（大塊文化）這本書看到的，可能沒那麼好笑。下面文字是設想管理顧問公司針對交響樂團進行成本分析的情形： 四名雙簧管樂手有蠻長一段時間無事可做，所以應將人數刪減。銅管樂器和鼓亦同。所有的第一小提琴手彈奏的都是同一個調子，這是不必要的重複，也應刪減。如果音量需要放大，可以使用擴大器。 某些樂段反覆太多次，所以樂譜應大幅刪修。 弦樂器已經演奏過的部分，號角又再來一次，毫無必要；如果把重複的部分去掉，整個音樂會的時間可以從兩個小時縮短為二十分鐘，還可以節省燈光照明的花費。 你覺得哪一則比較好笑？
